ALASKA ADVENTURES
Alaska is the largest of all the 50 US states. Its magnitude is difficult to comprehend, but its rewards are many and apparent. For climate and topography, Alaska constitutes a virtual subcontinent and its seventeen National Park areas protect natural, cultural, and historic features of its immense landscape. Some of the most popular destinations include Anchorage, Denali, Kenai Fjords and Wrangell-St. Elias National Parks.
Most visitors to Alaska are rewarded with a glimpse of the abundant wildlife where moose, grizzly bears and eagles are among the favorites photographed. With the majority of Alaska considered wilderness, camping provides incomparable opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.
Hiking trails abound as do opportunities to explore by raft, kayak and float plane - all perfect ways to discover the scenic vistas, calving glaciers and flowing rivers of this great land.
