Jewels Of Costa Rica I am writing to you to inform you of what an amazing time I had in Costa Rica on your 'Jewels of Costa Rica' 8 day lodging tour. An amazing country with great activities and itineraries set up by Luis our guide. He was a gem himself having an incredible passion and knowledge about each area that we visited and managing to identify many of the bird species we encountered and having a good eye to spot the odd monkey or sloth hanging around. I have been on many treks with other companies (Explore, Exodus, Discover the World) as well as the Canadian Parks and Peaks tour and none of the other guides have come close to him for his knowledge, willingness to try to keep the whole group happy with different itineraries, suggestions of what would be the best for us to see and do and his passion for his country. I hope to keep in contact with him as he was a great character and he and Manuel our driver were a great pairing. |
