You depart LA and drive into
the desert to see London Bridge reconstructed at Lake Havasu.
The Grand Canyon is next, with time to hike one of the greatest
wonders of the natural world. From the natural world, you
travel to the man-made neon world...Las Vegas, known locally
as "Lost Wages". A visit to one (or more) of the
amazing looking casinos is a "must".
Departing Las Vegas, drive
to the Sierra Nevadas, California's most spectacular mountain
range. Where you camp in the shadow of the highest mountain
in the lower 48 states, Mt Whitney.

Then you visit Yosemite
National Park, where you can hike in the beautiful valley
and see the famous Half
Dome and El Capitan outcrops. You visit Mother Lode
Country next, where gold was discovered in 1848, and you
reach San Francisco at the end of the day. The seven day
tour ends here.
The 10 day tour continues,
with extensive sightseeing opportunities including the Golden
Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks, Haight Ashbury and more.
From San
Francisco you head south along the beautiful coastline,
visiting Carmel (home to Clint Eastwood), and Monterey (where
John Steinbeck immortalized Cannery Row). Finally you arrive
back in Los Angeles, with time to enjoy the wonders of Disneyland
before the tour ends."

Carmel with its white sandy beach. See
the wild Pacific Coast. Cross the Golden
Gate Bridge. See Old London Bridge at
Lake Havasu.
Disneyland
is also included on the last day for those
passengers traveling on the ten-day tour
ending in Los Angeles, but not for those
on the seven-day tour ending in San Francisco
