13 days -
New York to Miami
|
|
19 days -
New York Roundtrip
|
The beginning of your journey
takes you south from New York City to Washington
DC, home to the White House, Smithsonian Museums and
the FBI. You then cross over the Blue Ridge and Smoky
Mountains of Virginia and Tennessee, with time for hiking
and other outdoor activities such as whitewater rafting.

|
|
Then it is on to the country
music capital, Nashville,
before heading to Memphis, birthplace of the blues and home
to Elvis' Graceland. In New
Orleans, you can soak in the atmosphere of the French
Quarter, take a Mississippi River cruise and enjoy some
of their famous Cajun cuisine, before heading out for a
night on Bourbon Street. Here, the town does not shut down
until you do!
After a guided swamp tour in the Mississippi Delta, you
travel east for some fun in the sun along Florida's pristine
Gulf Coast beaches.
When you arrive in Orlando,
you can have two days to enjoy the many attractions such
as Disney
World and Universal Studios, before heading south through
the Everglades
to the trendy art deco districts of Miami. The thirteen-day
tour ends here.
The nineteen-day tour continues,
with a drive up the coast and a perfect two-night stop on
the white sandy beaches of America's oldest city, historic
St. Augustine. From the Spanish architecture of St. Augustine
to the olde world charm of Charleston, head north to the
colonial capital of Williamsburg, Virginia. Take a step
back in time to see what life was like 200 years ago, before
you continue north to finish your tour in New York City
and life as it is today!"
