13 days Roundtrip
Los Angeles to Los Angeles

"This is the classic western itinerary. Look at what you can do ... relax on Pacific Beaches; cross the Golden Gate Bridge; hike the Grand Canyon; explore Yosemite; travel along the old Route 66; wander down Hollywood Boulevard; gaze at the homes in Beverly Hills; experience Indian lands and the Mojave Desert.

This tour will show you all the famous sights of California, Utah, Nevada and Arizona, as well as a few of the little-known places. There is plenty of time for activities along the way. You begin in Los Angeles and head up the Pacific Coast to San Francisco, where we explore the Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks and all the major landmarks. You then head out of town, across the lush Central Valley to Gold Rush Country and Yosemite National Park, where you can hike on the Valley Floor and enjoy great views of Half Dome, El Capitan and other massive rock outcrops.

From Yosemite you drive to the Sierra Nevada mountain range, home to the highest peak in the continental United States, Mt Whitney.

Bryce Canyon, Utah

  Western Safari - Monument Valley

Leaving California for now, enter what is arguably the most scenic region of the United States, the national parks and Indian lands of southern Utah/northern Arizona. Walking, hiking, and sightseeing opportunities abound in Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Parks. Each park is so unique in its amazing array of colorful rock formations that you will never tire of staring in awe at these ever-changing desert landscapes.

Sandwiched between them are the Navajo Indian tribal lands of Monument Valley, made famous for its red-rock monoliths in film after film. Camping in the heart of the park, experience an unforgettable sunset; see more of the park and meet the locals by taking a horseback ride led by the Navajo guides.

Step back into 'civilization' with a bang, Las Vegas-style. Neon lights, casino nights, and incredible sights fill an action-packed stay in this city like no other. Speaking of cities like no other, the final stop beckons, after a drive across the Mojave desert, back to where it all began, Los Angeles."
