Seattle to Los Angeles

Upon leaving Seattle, journey
through remote and isolated regions of scenic Idaho and
Montana, with names like Bitterroot, Flathead, and Nez Perce
evoking memories of great Indian nations that lived in this
area when the first whites, the Lewis and Clark Expedition,
arrived here.
You will see pristine forests
and amazing mountains like the Tetons. We'll explore Yellowstone
NP, and can go river rafting on the fast rushing Snake River.
There is a lot of wildlife to be seen: moose, elk, bear,
eagles and raccoon.

In Jackson, Wyoming, you'll
visit country stores where you can buy western apparel and
cowboy boots! You see prehistoric fossils in Dinosaur NP
and then continue to the Canyonlands area, visiting Arches
NP, Canyonlands NP and Monument Valley, where you can ride
horses into the valley along with Navajo Indians.
Then you arrive at the amazing Grand Canyon, where you can
hike into the Canyon or explore the spectacular Canyon Rim.
From the wonders of the natural world you travel to the
manmade world of Las Vegas, for a night on the town before
you leave the Mojave Desert for the Pacific Coast, and a
brief visit to world-famous Venice Beach and the end of
the tour in Los Angeles."
